Job Title: Customer Service £18,000 - £18,500 per annum

Job Purpose: Works as part of a small team to ensure that customer applications and orders are processed in a timely manner complying with pre-determined set criteria.

Job Duties:

  • Communicates with team members to process and manage customer applications
  • Manages correspondence from internal and external customers by answering emails and telephone calls
  • Assists in planning the workload of the dept. for the day and
  • Completes, drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Maintains accurate up to date records on the company CRM
  • Photocopies, scans and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Interacts closely with the Customer Service team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior Office Experience essential
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Work Without Supervision
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills;
  • Technical Skills, Including Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information
  • Strong Record Keeping Skills
  • Ability to Multitask
