Location: Belfast
Position: Customer Service Advisor/Call centre advisor
Salary: £16,500 - £25,000
Type: Full time permanent
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work within a call centre environment for a very successful global organisation. This is a full-time position which will be based in a modern, busy call centre where you will be interacting with customers on a day to day basis.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide information and advise customers on the products and services including prices and availability whilst maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the call centre. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys interacting with customers in a call centre environment and pays close attention to detail.

Key Accountabilities for a call centre customer service advisor-

*Communicating with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.

*Ensuring that you provide the best support and are accommodating the customers with their queries to the best of your ability.

*Demonstrate a good understanding of all products and services the client provides in order to relay this information.

*Identify any issues and take responsibility to ensure all queries are resolved and customers are satisfied with the customer service provided service.

*Liaise with other company departments to resolve customer issues.

The ideal call centre customer service candidate will have:

*Proven experience within a customer service based role in a call centre or retail based environment.

*Confidence in building relationships and rapport with customers via telephone.

*The ability to work effectively under pressure and on your own initiative when dealing with customer queries.

*Receive feedback in a positive manner and demonstrate positive attitude at all times within the call centre.

*Good written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of internal systems/databases would be highly advantageous.
*Applicants will be considered from a telesales, call centre, customer service, hospitality and administrative background.
