Join us and you will be representing one of the leading contact centre outsourcers based in Glasgow, talking to their customers and providing a first class service.
Our client Kura has been given a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with a British multinational grocery and general merchandise retail, Tesco.
We are currently seeking vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to join our new team on a full time basis.
Advisors are the front line contact for customers, and therefore represent our brand. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with inbound calls from existing customers who may have queries or requesting information about their rewards account.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Provide the first point of contact for customers who have queries regarding their rewards accounts.
Process information requests from customers relating to their rewards account.
Take the time to listen to the customer and solve queries in line with the client standards.
Answer and transfer internal and external telephone calls in line with client standards.
Make decisions that are right for our client’s customers.
Be passionate and knowledgeable about our client’s products and services.
Hours of Work:
Flexibility is required in between the hours of 8.00am – 8.30pm Monday to Friday and with a fixed Saturday 1.00pm – 8.30pm.
Total 37.5 hours per week
