Start Date: 14th May
Location: Leeds city centre
Salary: £18500
Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm Sat/Sunday 9am - 5pm
Interviews Tuesday 17th April ONLY

In the Customer Service Banking Case Advisor job, you will deal with customer queries and help to on board customers to new accounts, ensuring an excellent level of service from start to finish, conducting the full end to end investigation of multiple cases, liaising with the customers and other parties as appropriate.
