A global pharmaceutical company require a Customer Service Advisor with fluency in German to join their team
Your new company

Your new role
You will join a busy and fast-paced customer operations team, where you will be responsible for engaging with customers directly based in the Greece region. You will communicate with these customers both over the phone and email to process and manage orders, resolve queries, establish payment terms and update customers on the progress of their respective cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be resilient, customer-focused at all times, and remain calm under pressure. You will ideally have a proven track record delivering excellent customer service, with any experience within the Pharmaceutical industry considered highly desirable. You will fluent in the Greek language whilst also highly IT literate. Any experience on systems such as SAP or Oracle is considered advantageous.

You will receive £15.80 per hour (PAYE) working around 35 hours per week. This is a temporary contract due to last a minimum of 6 months.
