We now have an opportunity for two Customer Service Assistants to join our Finance Collections team. They are busy roles in a fast-paced team environment, where you’ll be responding to a range of finance related customer queries. Typically these include issues such as invoice queries, changes in customer information, queries around their accounts, and more general questions around service levels and processes. Whatever, the topic, you’ll make sure that we respond in a professional and timely manner, and work closely with our customers to resolve any issues - drawing on the support of your team leader for more complex issues, as required.
It’s a role that demands previous experience of delivering high standards of customer service. Good all round communication skills, whether that’s in person or in writing are important and you’ll need to demonstrate a good understanding of general finance processes. You’ll need to be comfortable working with MS Office, and any experience of using specific finance packages such as Siebel or SAP would be an advantage.
