A multi tasking customer service assistant with strong administration skills urgently needed by busy small business. This is a very varied role which will include a mix of administrative and hands on tasks. Duties to include -
Dealing with phone enquiries from the website in a professional and helpful manner
Processing orders using an inhouse database and Excel
Helping with stock control and moving goods in and out of the warehouse
Due to the location of the company you will need to be a car driver
