Customer Services Advisor
Our client is offering the opportunity to join a friendly, supportive and successful team working 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday as a Customer Service Advisor in Addlestone. This role is available due to company growth and our client offers full training and ongoing development. Responding to customer queries mainly via email, phone and post
Being the first point of call for customers and clients
Sending letters of response when required
Updating the system
Supporting the wider teams
Our client is looking for the following skills:
Customer service or call centre experience, or other transferable skills will also be considered
Good comprehension of the English Language and an understanding of how to construct letters and emails
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence to deal with queries and disputes
An aptitude for learning and an ability to retain information
Strong team player and fairly resilient with a good sense of humour.
