Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant/ Office Administration Assistant for an Italian Manufacturing company that are starting their UK expansion in King's Lynn.
Responsibilities will include:
-Providing excellent customer service by answering telephones and assisting with customers queries and information requests
- Input incoming customer orders
-Liaising with the Warehouse team on deliveries/orders and keeping updates
- Assisting the Field Sales Team in customer information and support and preparing samples when requested by customers.
You will be required to be computer literate and have experience in working in an office environment providing excellent customer service at all times.
You will be given full training on all systems and products.
