Customer Service Assistant | Oxford | £16,942 to £20894 per annum (Dependent on experience)

What will you be doing?

Do you like building strong relationships with people? Perfect! This is a vital aspect of this role, it is how we continue to grow our business and keep that excellent reputation!

As a Customer Service Assistant you will be the face of our client’s organisation. From having a nice conversation with your customers you will be able to establish and help them with any queries they may have.

On a day to day basis, you will be carrying out cashiering duties, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping up to date with financial products and legislation.

Do you have recent experience working in Customer Service? Yes!

Are you confident in your communication & ability to build relationships? Brilliant!

Are you flexible, positive, hardworking and driven in nature? Great!

Sociable working hours
