Customer Service Assistant
Our client is a specialist supplies company located in Tunbridge Wells. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their small friendly team.
Your role will include communicating with customers via telephone, email and face to face, answering queries and processing orders. You will be trained on a wide range of products which will enable you to communicate confidently with customers via telephone, letter, email and face to face, while also providing help and advice on products and keeping up to date with changes. You will answer queries on orders and keep customers updated on the status of their order/delivery.
You will be an excellent communicator, with natural empathy, a positive outlook and some customer service experience. You will be an accurate record keeper who ideally has previous experience working with a CRM system. You will be computer literate and have a good knowledge of MS office.
