NEW role at expanding and well established company. Our client is seeking an experienced customer service assistant to join their professional and friendly team.
•Handing both incoming and outbound calls from customers - working towards established benchmark KPI’s
•Calls include: in bound enquiries / follow ups/ customer service calls
•Discussing detailed products over the telephone and via email
•Listening and interpreting information given, open questioning and summarising/recapping to establish next steps
•Logging all information on internal CRM system and MS Outlook skill (email, word, excel);
•Setting up New Business accounts
•Working as part of a close and supportive team and the wider organisation
Full training will be given but, you should have previous customer service/extensive call handling combined with a consultative approach and positive attitude.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with onsite parking.
