Acorne Ltd/Virgin Experience Days has been providing fun and excitement to thousands of people for over 25 years and remain a front runner in the experience days sector. With the company continuing with a steady growth, we are looking to expand our Customer Service team.
To handle incoming telephone calls from the general public and corporate account customers efficiently and effectively. Taking upto 75 calls per day
Responding to customer email enquiries as and when required.
Ensure that any un-resolvable supplier issues are escalated to a senior
Good communication skills with proven ability to communicate constructively with all customers verbally and written
Excellent attention to detail
Proven Customer Service background
Ability to use own initiative
Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Extra hours may be required during our peak periods including December
