Customer Service Assistant
Are you immediately available? Looking for a new role within customer service? This global leader in manufacturing, planning and supplying are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join them on a temp to perm basis!
Your role will be to;
- Provide technical advice on all products
- Liaise closely with external sales
- Provide detailed quotations
- Data inputting on SAGE and maintaining the CRM database.
You will be an excellent communicator, proactive and able to work using your initiative. You will have good knowledge of both word or excel.
Comprehensive training will be given on the job role and you will occasionally travel (all expenses paid for). Please note this role is a temporary - permanent opportunity so should you be the right candidate, this role will be made permanent for you.
Temporary Basis. Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Friday 8am-4pm.
