Customer Service Assistant
We are looking to recruit Customer Service Assistants based in the Thurmaston area.

The Purpose of a Customer Service Assistant:
To guarantee service quality to internal and external clients in compliance with operational/management company procedures.

- Manage Orders

- Manage relationships with clients and the sales force

- Generate and update clients statements

- Manage promotional agreements entered with clients

- Report any variances in sales strategy implementation

- Detect critical areas where possible

- Promote company principles and values

Job Details:

- Salary: £16,500

- Day Shift: 9-17:30 Monday to Friday

- Location: Thurmaston

- Duration: Permanent

The role of a Customer Service Assistant:
Processing orders:

- Process orders into SAP

- Check stock levels

- Check correct pricing

- Check correct credit limit

- Deal with internal and external customers

Complaints:

- Log complaint into SAP

- Send complaint feedback

- To raise credit if necessary

Account Management:

- Send statements

- Check sales ledger

- Chase payments

- Resolve differences/queries

Transport:

- Liase with transport

- Resolve issues

- Rebook orders

- Monitor stock level for orders

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in SAP

- Experience of product sales

- Meet deadlines

- Fast paced and deal with pressure

- Experience working within manufacturing, production and with raw materials.
