You will be working from 08.30 - 16.45 Monday to Friday with 45 minutes for lunch.
The main aim of your position would be to provide outstanding Customer Service to their customers.
Dealing effectively and professionally with customers via the telephone and email.
Booking in orders, responding to enquiries from independents
Ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately.
Same day turnaround on inputting and despatch
Goods out management - packing and despatch
• Outstanding Customer service skills
Confidence in working with Numbers
Polite and confident telephone manner.
Brilliant Organisational Skills
