About The Job:

Are you interested in using your customer service experience to start a new and progressive career within the Insurance market?

Our client are a very successful and growing Insurance Company with a vibrant office based in Colchester and we presently have over 20 vacancies through business expansion.

Outline:

We are looking for candidates that have good Customer Service experience to begin a career within the Insurance industry, working within the Claims Handling teams.

In addition to having excellent customer service skills, we are looking for people with an investigative mindset that fits perfectly into the Claims arena. Opportunities lie within the Motor First Notification of Loss (FNOL), Personal Injury, Credit Hire, Incident Management and Fraud Claims teams.

If successful you will be given full training in the Insurance and Claims procedures, to the extent where if you work hard and excel, opportinies for progression are abound and you will could eventually be making liability decisions, handling complex losses to handling serious insurance claims, at all times ensuring the customer is given top class Customer Service and supported throughout the insurance process at all times.
