Customer Service Assistant, for global packing & design business
We're recruiting for a process driven and outgoing Customer Service Assistant, a part of a global packaging and design business, based near Daventry.
The Role
The purpose of the Customer Service Assistant will be to provide day-to-day support to the customer relations team, also working closely with the sales team and communicating with customers
Who are they looking for?
The Customer Service Assistant will be a confident communicator, able to work well under pressure and approach tasks methodically and logically
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Raising new and repeat orders
- Updating customers on order progress and any changes made
- Customer reports
- Obtaining / organising samples and send to customers
- Entering information onto company system
- Contribute to team meetings
