Here at Saffron Building Society, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our hugely successful Mobile team.
We’re looking for an ambitious individual with excellent communication and people skills along with a patient and positive attitude. Our Customer Service Assistant needs to be methodical with excellent attention to detail coupled with the determination to fully contribute to the success of our busy and friendly branches. You will be working as part of a talented team who are responsible for working between our 11 branches across Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of working in a customer facing role and give our customers a positive experience every time they visit our branches. In this role you will demonstrate you are dedicated to helping and supporting our customers and providing a first class experience at all times.

We require you to have a full UK driving license and your own transportation. A contribution to travelling expenses is paid. In return we can offer you a starting salary of £15,379 to be increased to £16,000 once competence in the role has been proven. We offer this competitive salary along with our exceptional rewards and benefits package.
This is a permanent role; hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week. You will also be required to work two Saturdays per month on a rota basis (9am -12pm) for which we pay an additional £45 per Saturday worked.
