Customer Service Assistant - Dutch Speaking

An International insurance company is looking for a Dutch speaking Client Services Operator. You will be the first point of contact between clients and other members of the team, ensuring that every client’s enquiries are dealt efficiently.


  • Provide high quality customer service and give customers a positive experience
  • Follow up on quotations and make sure all files and internal systems are up to date
  • Monitoring all communication from clients
  • Translate documents from English into Dutch
  • Make sure all files and internal systems are up to date
  • Assist in developing promotional material and ideas
  • Other duties required


  • Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Confident using the phone and communicating with clients
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines when required
