Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Position: Part time, Permanent - Monday to Friday and the work-shift will be 5 hours over 5 days.
The Company is a SME business and is looking for a part-time Customer Service Assistant to support their Customer Service Department during our busy periods.
As a Customer Service Assistant, your most important role is to assist the department in providing the best Customer Service possible.
You'll also be expected to know your Company's Products and Policies inside out and be able to communicate it to Customers who contact the business.
- Maintains Customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
- Day to Day answering of external calls to the business ensuring all communication is recorded and any requests are actioned within a timely manner.
- Liaise closely with the Transport Department and the Sales Department to ensure all Customers expectations are met.
- To liaise with other branches to ensure Customers Collections and deliveries are met.
- Responsible for all data entry, council data and collection of reports for customers and internal staff on a daily basis.
- To manage all customers complaints, invoices and self-bill queries and to respond back to the Customer within an agreed time.
- Help to build good customer Relations

Preferred Additional Skills:
- Computer literate
- Able to use both Word and Excel
- Experience dealing with operational Staff.
- Operational experience within a Processing/Recycling or Waste Facility.
