Do you love providing outstanding customer experience and want to make use of your language’s skillset? 


Working for a global bank, you will provide customer service support predominately via phone, email, and web chat to support customers with their banking needs. 


Location: London 


Salary: £22,000 - £26,000


As you will be supporting Asian clients, you must be able to speak fluent English and Cantonese, mandarin speaking would be an advantage 


Ideally, you will have previous banking or financial services experience gained within a customer service/contact centre environment.
