Customer service and supply chain coordinator

My client based close to Heathrow are recruiting for a customer service and supply chain coordinator to work with their supply chain team, the role will involve reporting and analytical responsibilities along with project and operational tasks relating to distribution , logistics and order management .

  1. Distribution support
  • Manage weekly issue log call with affiliates and distributor. Escalate any issues where needed
  • Support delivery of KPI's, cost and sales reports
  • Engage in distribution projects where relevant
  • Provide support & cover for Risk Management plan2. Supply chain support
  • Prepare data on forecast accuracy, forecast variance and brand scorecard
  • Run statistical ex-factory forecast and circulate to affiliate.
  • Ensure timely return of data
  • Provide business insights to SC planning . Business processes & reporting
  • Prepare and send quota file to markets and distributor
  • Prepare S&OP PowerPoint deck on a monthly basis 4. Other activities
  • As required, the role holder is expected to fully engage with colleagues, customers and participate in department activities
  • Provide cover for distribution lead & customer service
  • Ad hoc requests/reports/
