We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Advisor for a full time permanent opportunity (mostly Monday to Friday).

Based in the Flagship store of this Global brand, you will be the point of contact for customers online and on the telephone.
Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist store management team with retail tasks as required
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport
  • Taking inbound calls relating to customer orders, delivery times and general enquiries
  • Follow up calls to customers in regards to new and existing orders
  • Replying to emails which may include product queries and complaints
  • Answering all Online queries
  • Communicate and work effectively with head office and store staff
  • Liaise with the warehouse and appropriate stakeholders to ensure deliveries are met
  • Processing orders via email
  • Action credit, return goods and pricing requests for customers
  • Provide technical support to customers about products and forward to appropriate departments

About you
The desired skills & experience include:

  • Similar Customer Service / Sales Support Admin experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, SAP, Pronto
  • Problem solving & conflict management skills
  • Able to work autonomously & part of a team
