Working for a reputable client of ours in Weybridge this position is covering maternity leave for a period of 12 months.
Working within a small and hard-working team, the responsibility of this position is to manage the service delivery of the contact centre services of the organisation, ensuring all business objectives and customer satisfaction are being met and delivered with the highest level of service and professionalism. You will be monitoring KPI's, reviewing SLA's, review processes and managing budgets.

Highly focused on staff and customer satisfaction, Flexible, self-motivated, upbeat attitude, analytical and structured approach, ability to learn new skills fast and take decisions, team management skills. Ability to manage people.
Good understanding of financial issues including P&L accounts, Sales.
Leading teams of staff in a customer facing, high service standard industry, managing teams and 3rd party service contracts and management of sales and activity.
This role is Monday to Friday working 35 hours per week and include excellent benefits.
