Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Executive -Temporary Contract

Although a temporary role, the successful candidate would be able to apply for any permanent role we have either in the UK or Europe


Current CS Role:

Working in the CS team, to oversee the entire customer service process from order entry, logistic follow up and support cash collection for a number of high profile accountsFollow-up claims and ensure correct credit note management;

Follow-up the daily administration of the customer files and databases;

In charge of the maintenance and consistency of the database especially regarding pricing and customer AB (payment instruments, payment terms, credit limits, etc);

Communicate internally with local management to understand the business;

Focus constantly on service level performance improvement: ensure a close follow-up of daily order entering, guarantee strict order management accuracy that respects the sales policy, reduce the number of backorders and ensure a daily follow-up of outstanding claims;

Monitor the risk of stock shortage for customers;

Ensure prices, discounts and conditions are updated in the system (JDE);

Ensure common rules within Europe while dealing with local particularities;

Manage the system setup related to the local business (EDI and JDE) and be a key user and trainer on all systems used within Customer Service

Support daily sales through better customer relationships;

Be able to propose solutions quickly in order to resolve problems with customers;

Take personal responsibility for Customers (VIP, Elite and Partners) and make sure they are priority for the Customer Service team;

Reduce backorders or overstock risks by closely following-up promotions & customer specifics

Skills - Ideally with a background in a FMCG company

- Ability to use MS Office applications (Word and Excel)

- Fluent in English and a strong communicator (externally and internally)

- Knowledge of Software (JDE)

- Team oriented with a positive energy and can-do attitude

- Attention to detail - ability to review own work and identify areas of improvement

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Hours : Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5:00 Friday 8:30 - 4:30
