We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Analyst for company based in the Uxbridge (London) area.
The primary role of the Customer Insight Analyst will be to analyze and mine client’s multiple data sources, providing insights and analysis to support marketing and sales across the globe. This role will work closely with our prestigious high-tech client, and will specifically drive growth opportunities within a newly formed global team.
·Collaborate with Clients and team on day-to-day planning and execution activities, developing plans to effectively communicate strategic objectives and initiatives
·Set expectations with client on timing and delivery schedule of program elements through effective communication and planning tools
·Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, channelling questions and requests
·Derive company level intelligence identifying areas of opportunity including potential value. Includes sizing potential audiences, identifying gaps, building targets and segmentation.
·Use insight, feeding directly into data strategies enabling clients to prioritize effort where there will be the biggest business impact.
·Analytically minded, a proactive thinker with a high attention to detail
·Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously, managing them effectively and meeting firm deadlines
·Be comfortable with dealing with raw data and being able to visualize them to show key insights
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from accredited institution
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within or related to IT sector
- Tableau Visualization experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Suite (Advanced Excel)
- SAS or SQL
