Customer Service Analyst / Service Desk Advisor; Reading, RG2; £22k + benefits

Do you have proven customer service experience, ideally, gained in a service desk or call centre environment?

Proven problem solving skills & the ability to manage your own workload?

Good IT skills too including Excel?

My client are expanding their B2B customer service team and need your skills & enthusiasm for their growing team in order to provide an outstanding service to their customers including some of the UK’s largest companies.

The Customer Service Analyst will have proven experience of handling incoming customer queries & requests (received by phone, email etc), managing their own work load to meet SLA’s & KPI’s, providing advice & guidance to customers and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.

They will provide an efficient, friendly support service for my client’s IT consultancy services (full product training provided) and ensure all follow up actions are carried out in order to achieve agreed service levels & 100% customer satisfaction.

Good PC skills including MS Office / Excel & Outlook are essential.

Any exposure to an IT services or software environment is v advantageous as is use of service desk tools eg Remedy or Jira or experience of analysing customer data.

A strong communicator, the Customer Service Analyst will enjoy being part of a lively, friendly team and be keen to engage with others across the business.

Starting salary £22,000 plus benefits including pension, BUPA healthcare, life insurance, childcare vouchers & holiday.

Hours 37.5 per week: Monday to Friday on alternating weekly shifts of 08:00-16:30 & 11:30-20:00.

Based from modern offices in RG2, 10 mins walk from Reading town centre, Berkshire, car parking available & easy access from M4 J11 for a commute from Slough, Maidenhead, Bracknell & Newbury etc.
