Our client is a major blue chip Automotive Manufacturer. They are looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to work in their automotive team.

Main aspects of role -

Ensure that all calls are handled promptly and professionally, following the agreed procedures.

Provide guidance and support to Customers and Dealerships as appropriate

Using the systems provided create and maintain a record of all incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence

To respond to all incoming correspondence in accordance with agreed procedures and standards

To ensure that all correspondence is of the required standard and in keeping with the corporate style and philosophy. Show a willingness to complete

Essential skills, Attributes & Experience

Good standard of general education (English language GCSE or equivalent)

Work experience within a customer service role with a blue chip company.

Good organisational and problem solving skills

The ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Sound working knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel

Must be able to attend manufacturer visits if required

MUST be able to drive, due to the lack of public transport available in the near area within the location, to get to work daily.
