Typical duties will include:
- Taking inbound calls
- Logging issues on in-house systems as well as using MS packages
- Handling difficult calls with customers that might be unhappy or irate
- Administration tasks as and when required
- Working as part of a team
The hours of work can vary and could include working in to the evenings too.
