Thompson & Morgan is known locally as the expert in flower & vegetable seed market, but over the last few years we've grown to also include plants, bulbs, fruit, garden furniture - in fact everything you could want to create a stunning garden for your home. We generate over 2 million orders per year marketing our products via our website, catalogues, magazines, newspapers, Amazon, EBay and home shopping TV channels.
Our number one focus is offering fantastic service and as such we're looking for high-calibre individuals to join our busy Contact Centre as Customer Service Agents.
We are a service focused Contact Centre and deal with inbound calls only. Our Customer Service agents are responsible for every aspect of our customers' experience, from the initial processing of orders right through to handling enquiries. We receive contact through a range of channels such as telephone, post, email and social media.
Successful candidates will need to be motivated, have excellent communication skills and understand what it means to deliver good service.
Previous experience working within customer service will be an advantage but is not essential. If you're a keen gardener, even better!
We have various hours and shifts available, including part time hours. All shift patterns/working hours will include an element of weekend working and/or late shifts (up to 8pm weekdays and 6pm weekends). We pay above Minimum Wage / National Living Wage with rates up to £8 per hour.
