We are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agent roles for an extremely busy office in the heart of Plymouth City Centre.
Full Time, 37.5 hours between Mondays – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
(This role is Full-Time. Please do not apply if you require Part-Time Hours)
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls together with written requests from customers and third parties in a fast-paced environment.
Provide a professional service using effective communication skills.
Working as part of a team with other customer service staff striving to achieve individual and team targets whilst remaining focused when faced with challenges.
Your experience will include:
Proven customer service skills, an excellent phone manner and the ability to think on your feet.
Meticulous attention to detail is a must, as is the ability to analyse difficult situations and make decisions confidently.
Must be numerate and computer literate (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
Organised approach and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines, ensuring high quality and accuracy standards.
This is an ongoing temporary position however could lead to a permanent position within the company. This position is paid weekly via Reed and Holiday entitlement is accrued. Please note, the company are classed as key workers and are ad-hearing to all social distancing procedures within their offices throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Please note these customer service roles do include taking inbound calls from customers as well as administration duties. Please DO NOT apply if you are looking for a role with minimal telephony duties.
