Electric Vehicles are our future and we are working with the UK’s leading supplier in electric car charging. Trusted and accountable, they offer the best quality products with an end-to-end service.

However, this is only the start of their story and they need more people with energy and passion to join their team and watch as they expand in this interesting growth industry that will be paramount to the future of the car industry.

As a result of expansion they are building a brand new purpose built new center in Linford Wood, Milton Keynes.

This has created up to 20 new customer service roles to deal with the issues that can arise once a customer has an electric vehicle. Some of these queries are straightforward and can be resolved quickly, however, others can be very complex and you could be dealing with a distressed customer trying to sort out their issues so this makes for an interesting and varied role.

There is a shift pattern of 8 working hours per day.

The shift start times are either 7.30am, 9am, 10am or 12.30pm.

You will have a fixed rota 4 weeks in advance and so you will know what you are working in order to be able to plan your life around this. There is also flexibility in order to swap shifts should you need to.

The new center is opening in March and so there may be a need to travel to Luton for a short period of time for training. However there will be an allowance paid in order to compensate for this.
