This is a customer service role with a element of soft selling!
It is essential that the successful candidate has customer service experience and can confidently upsell!
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Taking inbound customer service calls
- Conducting new business approaches and following up on leads
- Lead generation through various different channels
- The Account Manager must be able to keep up a sales activity plan to assist in the successful achievement of targets and accurate sales forecasting
- Maximum levels of activity are expected in terms of weekly telephone calls, appointments, proactive marketing to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and to maintain consistency of performance
- Proactively growing the customer accounts
- Working to challenging KPI's
The right candidate will have knowledge raising sales orders, have strong customer service skills, be well organised and be a strong sales person!
Salary : Basic - £17,000 OTE £19,000 - £21,000
Working hours: 08.30 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday
