We are currently recruiting for one of the UK's largest insurance providers; a market leader, who are currently looking to add a number of passionate customer service specialists to their already well established team. What will this role involve?
This role is a contact centre position which will see you taking inbound customer service calls from existing and new customers. One of the big benefits of this role is that you will not be cold calling! Instead you will be there to answer any customer queries and meet our customers needs. Up selling of the companies products, adding value to their contracts and offering the latest deals and incentives on offer to their loyal customers, will be a key part of the conversations you will have.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for people who have a real passion and drive to provide customer service; this role involves a lot of customer interaction so a very positive and bubbly attitude is required. Excellent communication skills will be another of your main traits, as well as being happy to work in a fast paced and energetic environment. There is an extensive training program which all staff will undertake, no specific contact centre experience is required; although we do look for people who have worked in a customer service environment.

Hours of work
37.5 hours per week working on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 9am - 2pm.
