The customer service agent will work in a first class inbound and outbound call centre environment will responsible for the delivery of administrative, reservations and bookings support to corporate business airline customers, travel agencies, third party tour operators and airlines.
These is full time temporary position covering a 7 day a week operation between 0800 hrs - 2300 hrs.
The main duties of The Reservations Agent will include:
Accurately taking international customer reservations by telephone
Inputting customer reservations onto the in house reservations system
Clearly advising customers of their reservation and sending notification correspondence by email and phone
Allocating bookings to third party suppliers
Performing a wide range administrative tasks
The essential skills and experience required for the Reservations Agent include:
Similar experience of working in a administrative support environment
Experience of dealing with customer servitude enquires by telephone or email
First class communications skills
Be extremely proficient in communicating English both written and verbal
A basic understanding of major cities in the UK and their geographical locations
Good It skills and the ability to talk and type accurately
The ability to speak a European language would be highly desirable

Applicants with experience within a similar role or within the leisure or transport industry such as Passenger Service Agent, or Check In Agent, PSA, Hotel Reservations Agent, Hotel Reservations, Call Centre Agent, Travel Agent, Telephone Operator, Inbound Call Centre, Outbound Call Centre, Telephone Reservations, Telesales Agent, Telesales, Contact Centre, Contact Centre Agent, Customer Contact Centre or Holiday Reservations will have a distinct advantage.
