Our client, based just on the outskirts of Cardiff City Centre are seeking a temporary to permanent Customer Service Agent to join their small, friendly team, in the head office of one of the UK's most well know high street fashion brands. Duties will include taking incoming calls from customers, responding to emails and general administrative duties to ensure the customer receives an excellent level of service.

Contract: Temporary to permanent
Location: Cardiff city centre (free on-site parking on a first come, first served basis)
Pay rate: National Minimum / Living Wage
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm

To be successful in gaining an interview for this Customer Service Agent role, your CV must demonstrate some experience or knowledge of delivering excellent customer service, excellent spelling and grammar and excellent PC / Word Processing skills.
