This is a highly sought after customer service role within a reputable company

Great benefits working for our client

A brand new, state of the art office and equipment

Based in the city centre

MONDAY TO FRIDAY between 7am and 10am

Saturday and Sunday between 8am and 9pm

We are looking for professional talented customer service professionals who would like to progress.

Successful Applicants will have:-

· Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills

· Clear and professional telephone manner along with exceptional interpersonal skills

· Good English and Grammar

· A willingness to go the extra mile for clients, taking ownership of client call

· Must have a reasonable level of computer literate

· Ideally will have up selling experience but not essential

My client is looking for someone who can demonstrate good customer service skills within a busy call centre

The ideal candidate will have experience with handling customer queries and large volumes of calls so following compliance is key to this role
