Our client is looking for a Customer Service professional to join their office in the centre of West London.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be dealing with different types of housing enquiries including property management, housing repairs, dealing with complaints and all general enquiries.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Receive repair calls from residents and other client groups and issuing repair orders
- Liaising with residents, contractors, Building Surveyors, Neighbourhood Officers and Supported Housing Officers, when needed, to ensure all complaints and issues are resolved
- Highlight any process issues or opportunities for improvement
- File any relevant correspondence in correct property files
- Check gas defect reports
To be considered for this role, you would need to have a year of call centre experience, ability to use standard office software and an excellent telephone manner.
