Customer Service Agent

You will be required to provide high customer service to customers and clients within the agreed service level set. This is a telephone based role within a busy financial services contact centre, dealing with a variety of different enquiries.

A customer service based role which would involve contact with Clients and Customers with queries regarding existing financial service products,

Opportunities available for all levels including recent school/ college/ university leavers along with experienced candidates. Experience candidates must have a minimum of 18 months solid experience within a customer service based environment

If you have either office, retail or hospitality experience and would like to start a career within Financial services, this is a fantastic chance to get your foot in the door, with a large corporate company, with lots of opportunity.

Must have a strong telephone manner and enjoy a customer services environment, training to be provided.
