Gi Group is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator for our prestigious manufacturing client, based close to Ripley Derbyshire.
This is a fixed term 6 month contract. Hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The Role includes:
* Complete customer management and satisfaction
* Order management
* Quick and accurate date inputting
* Internal and external communication both verbal and written
* Claims and complaint processing
* Order payment and refund processing
* Other general office duties as required
The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and have experience within both administration and customer service along with excellent organisational skills, numerate and computer literate. A can do attitude is essential along with Excellent customer service skills and a willingness going the extra mile for customers. The customer is key and building and maintaining relationships is of the upmost importance.
