Your new role
Answer all inbound communication including telephone calls, email and social media enquiries, in a timely and professional manner.
Handle customer contacts across a variety of channels, and provide assistance by answering enquiries or logging complaints and commendations as necessary, exceeding customer expectations.Transfer correspondence to colleagues as requested and/or take messages and convey to relevant parties.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience within a customer service role, this can be face to face or over the phone.
What you'll get in return
You will receive £17,000 to £22,000, dependant upon experience, free onsite parking, working hours of 7am to 2pm and 11am to 7pm which will change weekly plus 1 in 4 weekends.
This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract however it is with the view to go permanent.
