A Customer Service Agent job based in Exeter for a award winning insurance provider.
Your new company

A convenient location on the east side Exeter, with great links for public transport and the motorway. Due to operational needs my clients are looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Your new role
You will handle all incoming calls from Financial Advisors on a first call resolution basis and process new business applications. You will maintain the CRM system and ensure you deal with all queries efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with other departments in gaining the right information for clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to provide first class customer service at all times and be confident in building rapport with callers.
You must have excellent communication skill both verbally and written and work well within a team environment as well as using your own initiative. You must have a meticulous attention to detail and be very well organised.
