Your new company
An exciting new opportunity has arisen in a growing retail business in the Brentford area for a Customer Service Agent to work in their expanding customer service team for a 9 month contract with possibility for extension. This position will begin on the 11th of December.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for inbound calls relating to retail products, events, complaints, questions regarding the organisation's website and handling a variety of emails, live chat queries and administrative support whilst working in a team of 15.
Flexible shift patterns are required within the timings of 8-4.30, 9-5.30 or 9.30-6pm and 2 out of 4 weekends, which if worked will mean you get two days off in lieu during the week.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must be able to demonstrate relevant Customer Service experience support in a similar position for a minimum duration of 1 year. You must have excellent attention to detail, good system skills and an excellent telephone manner. In order to be considered for this position you must be able to begin a position on the 11th of December.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 pro-rata for the 9 months, free parking on site and discount on retail products and restaurants.
