Fast growing haulage company based in Croydon requires an experienced telephonist to take bookings and deal with customer queries.
Working in a small yet relaxed office taking inbound calls and ensuring payments are taken for all services. There will also be minor administritive duties.
Full time 09.00 - 18.00 Mon - Fri Plus (Rostered Saturdays)

The Role and Responsibilities:
This is a great opportunity for someone who is self motivated with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ensuring potential customers are aware of all the available services and options. Efficiency is key as things can become fast paced quite quickly.
As well as booking services you will ensure payments are taken and liaise with driving staff relating to jobs in progress.
The ideal candidate will need:
* Previous experience in Customer Liaison / Reservations / making bookings
* A polite and friendly personality/
* Computer literate
* Exceptional communication skills
* A Strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Good administration and organisation skills
* Ability to negotiate and influence situations
