Due to continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent who will be based in their Exeter office.
This is a permanent contract working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £17,500. After a 12 week period you will also receive an excellent benefits package which will include highly competitive holiday, pension, private medical insurance, income protection and free parking.
The purpose of the role is to handle incoming calls from their key customers and suppliers within the financial services industry. You will be responsible for delivering first class service and providing appropriate advice and support over the telephone.
The Successful Candidate
We are looking for someone who has;
- Previous excellent customer service experience within a busy office environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Confidence in dealing with clients over the telephone
- Excellent rapport building abilities
- A desire to provide exceptional service
- Experience of the financial services/insurance sector (desirable)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to build good relationships
