I Am Recruiting for a Customer Service Agent role to work at a prestigious regulatory body that is undergoing a period of expansion in Central London. You will be joining a friendly and fast-paced team that will undoubtedly contribute to your personal growth.
The role will require you to be the first point of contact for consumers, therefore impeccable telephone manners, confidence and communication skills are key for the role. A high command of spoken and written English is also required.
You will need to quickly identify customers’ needs and determine whether the organisation can offer them help and escalate the enquiry approproately. As you will hold responsibility for managing a large number of queries, the successful candidate will be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and will be motivated to provide additional administrative support, upon request.
The employer is looking for a candidate with previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment and with previous customer facing or telephone experience for a minimum of 2 years. Ideally, you will also demonstrate knowledge of CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.
