£16,250 + Monthly Perforance Bonus + Benefits
Hudson are working in partnership with an exciting, growing business in Ayrshire to recruit customer focused Agents to join their friendly and hard working team. If you are interested in career progression, pay progression and a company who truly values their people this could be the role for you!
The successful candidates will deliver optimum collections through customer contact on all mediums of communication within company and regulatory requirements. You will work to clear and achievable targets.
Taking the time to listen, empathise, question and having a willingness to help solve our customers problems are essential to the outstanding work our client does.
No two days will be the same, however you will be expected to maintain a high level of call quality in line with your training, client knowledge and regulatory best practice.
You will juggle both inbound and outbound activity, and ensure your performance levels exceed expectations.
You'll work in a professional office, supported by Team Leaders and management where your development is encouraged.
Full-time hours - 37.5 hours per week. Shifts fall between - 08.00 - 21.00 Monday to Thursday, 08.00 - 18.00 on a Friday and 08.00 - 14.00 on a Saturday.
You must be comfortable passing a CRB & credit check to be considered.
