Due to a rare vacancy we require an agent here at GFM to support our client’s needs, answering calls for clients such as: - David Lloyd Leisure, Radio Times, Jeans for Genes and Sun Holidays.

Our Customer Service team is absolutely key to supporting these brands which pride themselves on first class service; you will be helping to solve their problems, giving advice and providing whatever support may be required.

The successful candidate ideally will have experience in one or more of the following areas,
1. Call Centres
2. Customer Service
3. Call Handling
4. Complaint resolution

However, more importantly you will be keen to develop excellent product knowledge and build on your inter-personal skills in order to provide outstanding service.
