Demon Recruitment Group is currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Agents to join their Client in Colnbrook. This opportunity is working for one of the largest Logistics organisations globally.

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Duties will include:
-Handling customer calls
-Updating details
-Investigating queries
-Locating invoice details
-Liasing internally regarding issues
-Completing necessary paperwork
-Ensuring calls are followed up when required
-Escalating complaints to backline team

Experience/Skills required:
-Previous Call based experience (high volume)
-Confident communication skills
-Professional attitude
-Good IT skills

**It is essential we would be able to trace your employment/education background for at least 5yrs with all gaps covered/answered for**
